Operating Framework
As a senior member of the team, it is important that you are aware of our operating framework and what this means to you.
All of our senior leaders have read the framework and we require you to do the same. We actively encourage people to read the whole framework and not just the sections relevant to their functions as this can encourage collaboration and enhanced working relationships.
Please don’t feel any pressure to read this before you join. If you get time to start reading it, that’s great. If not, that’s fine too. You will have time to read it once you formally start with us but we wanted to give you the opportunity to take a look.
